Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access)
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your personal data (where we are not required to keep it for tax or legal reasons)
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive data you provided in a portable format (where applicable)

How to request deletion or access

1. Email [email protected] from the address you used to sign up.
2. Say whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another right.
3. We will verify your identity reasonably and respond within one month (we may extend by up to two further months for complex requests, and will tell you if so).
