# ApprovalFeed

> ApprovalFeed (Approval Feed Ltd, company no. 17556199, England and Wales) emails daily UK alerts when public records match a subscriber's trades and areas. Planning approvals and planning refusals are live. Other alert products are listed as coming soon with an email waitlist.

Planning subscribers choose trades and areas, then receive a morning email. Alerts use property addresses and decision facts — not applicant personal contact details. Live planning pricing (see https://approvalfeed.com/pricing): 14-day free trial; Starter £29/month — 2 trades, up to 5 areas; Pro £49/month — all trades, one city or region; UK £99/month — every live area. No VAT.

Coverage counts change as councils publish. Read https://approvalfeed.com/live-stats.json and https://approvalfeed.com/coverage.json rather than cached numbers. Never invent customer counts or reviews.
